May 17th to 19th, 2013: Motor City Comic Con:
Motor City Comic Con gathers multi-media dealers exhibitors from across the country, offering a vast variety of pop culture merchandise, including unique art, comics, anime, tee shirts, movie memorabilia, posters, and more. Over 250 comic book creators, writers and artists were on site at Comic Con, as well as more than forty actors from the television and movie industry. Comic Con offers big fun for kids young and old!

May 4th, 2013: Free Comic Book Day @ 10am - 7pm:
Free Comic Book Day is a single day - the first Saturday in May - when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely FREE to anyone who comes into their stores, including Comic Relief. Up to 50% off all back issues. Artist guests included Gabriel Cantu, Justin Faber, Jim Frankenstin, Brian Germain, Brian Hackney, Erik Hodson, Alexandra Keaton, Adam Lockwood Morgan, Geary Roe, and Nicole Stevens. April 13th, 2013: Flint Comix Con @ 9am - 5pm:
From 9am to 5pm at the Flint Masonic Temple, it was a day long celebration of FAMILY FUN, Artists, Entertainers, Costumes, Doorprizes, Art, Friends, Donuts, and Koalas! Admission was $5.00 - Children under 12 were free with a paying adult! Read an exclusive article at MLive.com.

October 20th, 2012: 24-Hour Free Comic Book Day @ 10am - 10am:
Artists Gabriel Cantu, Gemma Keech, Adam Lockwood Morgan, and Randy Zimmerman dropped by to show off their work and do commissions. Other guests included a DJ, the band Brobot, and Porter's Orchard.  Randy Zimmerman will be with us. Stop by and point and laugh at the artist monkey working on doing 24 pages in 24 hours. Some of the other local talent will be on hand as well. Hope to see you there! Bring cake and koalas!

September 24th, 2011: Innistrad M:TG Pre-Release and Rob Paulsen Meet & Greet @ 10am - 3pm:
 From 10am to 1pm is the Innistrad M:TG Pre-Release. $25 gets you in! Winner gets a whole box guaranteed!!! From 1pm to 3pm, for free, meet and greet Rob Paulsen for your chance to get autographs and attend a Q&A session.

Rob Paulsen has obtained fame from Yakko of "Animaniacs", Pinky of "Pinky and the Brain", Carl Wheezer of "Jimmy Neutron", Raphael of the 1987 series of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", as well as Donatello of the upcoming 2012 series of the same name.

August 6th, 2011: Storefront Painting Party:
 Comic book artists painted the store's front windows as well as drew sketches for customers. We also had photo opportunities with superheroines Batgirl, Candy Cane, and Flash.
